Throat pain

I choked on food yesterday (vocal cord paralysis, probably because of lyme, food always goes down the wrong way) coughed for like 15 minutes, and my throat is very sore, hasnt gone away. It feels like 5 years ago, when this all started. It was my first symptom. Does anyone have similar symptoms or can help with the pain? Thank you.

For swallowing difficulty Buhner recommends Ailanthus altissima tincture, 5 to 10 drops up to 4 times .
daily.

Did you just add in the CSA tincture recently, I am wondering if you need to back down a bit on the Sida acuta.

This herbal can be very helpful,but for some of us if we have to lower the dose a bit. It can cause an increase in symptoms according to Buhner.

I still take it but I alternate it and I take a lower dose so I can tolerate it.


For pain Buhner says a prescription called Gabapentin.

He also mentions the combination of Angelica tincture combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza, 1 TBL of the combo,equal parts.

Herbals are potent so always do your research and Check for side effects and contradictions.
