Looking for LLMD in Michigan

I have a friend in Michigan whose symptoms and history point to Lyme disease. She's in central MI, near Lansing. She would like to see a Lyme literate doctor. Any help is appreciated.

I have a few listed for Michigan, but I don't have experience with any of them.

There is one in Saginaw - looks to be just over an hour to Lansing.... and he does have a good review from a forum member.
