Brain fog has crept back into my daily life. It is quite disabling... I cant get it to back away. Sometimes it's just in am but more generally it is until later in afternoon that it passes but I still left fatigued in a way. Any herbal or supplement reccomendations would be greatly appreciated.
( I was going on quite well before this I thought. So it seems to have come out of nowhere.... ,( along with anxiety upon waking and fatigue) ... Well it did start up after a minor viral infection/ cold... may be any of these infections reared up but not really any treatment changes or herx thing. )
But yes need suggestions for relief of brain fog.
THANKYOU

I would consider that you may have ammonia build up and possibly using jerrnigans anti tox II cns/pns. Or pinnella and burber may be of help to move those build ups out of the brain. Always check for side effects and contradictions.
There are older posts about
the build up of ammonia you can do a search.
just something g to consider. Take care.

Usually my brain fog is the worst when I have a lot of inflammation. Detox as much as you can and anti inflammatory diet and supplements should help.

Lomatium dissectum tincture helped me a lot with brain fog and some of my neurological symptoms.
