anyone have any experience using Milky Oats to deal with nervous system issues due to lyme and co's? i'm sure most of us have nervous system issues and this is something i've heard really helps. thanks.

Milky Oats like in a tincture? or like Quaker Oats in milk?

the tincture which is made from the white material before they turn into hard oats.

Yes, milky oats was very helpful for me. I didn't take it while I was actively treating for lyme but I used that afterwards as well as skullcap. Relieved anxiety/restlessness. Skullcap was good for sleep. Both are also very safe!

Rikky - where would you get it from? Do you have a source?

I know that's what Traveler uses...but I'm pretty sure she makes her own.

Traveler recommended Gaia wild oats milky seed to me.

Eclectic Institution has this on amazon for $13, much cheaper than the tincture

My vision must be blurry today.

I was scanning down the list of posts, and this one caught my eye. I thought it said Milky Cats Experience. I sat here a minute trying to think what on earth that could mean. 🤔

I've never heard of milky oats. Don't know anything about milky cats either. tongue
