New here and have a question - Anyone with only Bartonella?

Hey Girlie, spoke with my doc today and he advised I take half the dose and report back on Friday. Had like a tremor attack this morning which affected all four limbs quite visibly. Had tremor before, but always only on the left side. Anyway, will play it safe and follow the docs orders and see what happens

Just Cipro for now, its also the first treatment since i tested positive. dosage is 500 mg twice daily (so from now will be 250 mg twice daily)
Thats the point im a bit worried about, if its side effects or herx, as the tremor today was the worst ive had to date! I also have this strange new symptom, hard to explain, like my whole arm has a very mild vibration. Not the same as the buzzes, shocks and tingles, more like I have it up against the bonnet of a car thats idling and I can feel the steady low vibration of the engine. Not sure if thats maybe a side effect of Cipro or simply the next new symptom for my evergrowing list, will mention that to the doc Friday.
On the positive side most of the cognitive symptoms have dissappeared! So im not irritable anymore, no light or noise sensitivity, vertigo gone and I have no more insomnia which is a real bonus
So there does seem to be some progress, we will see what happens after I drop the dosage now
