I wake up in morning decent but within an hour my brain fog and neuropathy kicks in. But after 4pm I seem to feel better. Sometimes I foolishly get hopeful of getting better. But then the cycle repeats itself the next day. I wish it was reversed as I work at 7am and am done by 2. Thinking maybe it's adrenals? Anyone else have this?

I'm the opposite, I feel a little better in the morning. My adrenal glands don't work though so right now I'm taking pred first thing in the morning.

Rhodiola and ashwagandha help some people, it could be high cortisol.

yeah, it tended to be that way for me, my symptoms usually weren't as sharp and had less edge to them as it got into the evening. I'm not sure what was going on with that for me, but I do relate to that pattern!

I always get a "second wind" in the evening. Never was a morning person though. Mornings were terrible when lyme was bad.

My pattern used to be - okay to good in the morning...and then a late afternoon flare from around 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and then a good night - which started a bad habit of staying up late...because my pain was diminished.
But, awhile after starting treatment...the patterns aren't so clear anymore.
