Does anybody else do this?

Almost every single night I go to bed I usually wake up with a dead limp, usually being one of my arms. My circulation is very poor since getting Lyme but I never hear anybody else saying anything about waking up in the middle of the night with sleeping limbs.

Even if my arm is barley under a pillow or I'm just barley laying on my side I'll wake up & my arm will be a sleep. It's gotten to the point to where I can't sleep on my side at all.

Anybody else do this? & also what could this be from? Lyme or co infections?

Oh Gosh! yes, I had forgotten all about that. As a matter of fact, this happened even before I had any Lyme symptoms.

I would wake up in the middle of the night and my arm was limp and without feeling. I would have to grab the arm, usually the left arm with my right hand as I turned over, otherwise it would just flop there lifeless. I slowly would get the feeling back, and as I did, it felt like thousands of little ants were crawling in my arm.

I haven't gotten that in ages. Now you got me thinking.

That only happened to me once - it was when I was laying down on the couch and fell asleep...woke up with excruciating pain from the base of my skull, down the left side of my neck...across my left shoulder blade.
And my left arm hand were limp/numb.

That was the start of my lyme symptoms.

The limp/numb left arm/hand hasn't happened since.

I used to have it in my hands and forearms (both arms) at night. A few years ago, it was nightly. Now it's only on occasion.
