High bp when herxing?

Wondering if anyone else gets this. I pulse 2 wks on/off, and have treated a couple yrs with abx. Last few months when I am herxing, usually at start of off pulse my bp goes up a bunch. Normally I'm 125/80 but I get 145/90 when I'm most flared. Just got clean bill of heart health from cardio dr. Seems the more brain foggy I am ( I'm neuro lyme w babs and prob bart) that's when my bp will be most elevated. After a week or so it goes back to normal. Thinking abx are hitting autonomic system. Have also had some pots-like pulse rising a lot when you stand during these periods.
