I'm not sure if this is necessary for Stephen buhner bartonella protocol, but I've been looking into buying some. I thought herbs are still good if mixed in water? What would be the dosing of the juice cause I know the organic kind can get up there in price?

When I was doing the buhner bart protocol, I did buy organic pomegranate juice - a couple of times...but it was VERY expensive...so stopped.
Here's a thread where it was discussed:

Is the the dosage specific? Or could I just add a little to enhance each herbs synervistically?

Could I also just start with half a cup of water, add tinctures, then add a little pomegranate juice?

I would say No, not dosage specific - yes add a little. You can get concentrated pomegranate too - Dynamic Health, Pomegranate Juice Concentrate, 8-Ounce That is the stuff that I use occasionally. I usually switch between cranberry and that.
Yes, you can just add a little bit to water with the tinctures. I would go with the concentrate personally, more bang for your buck and then you can do a tablespoon a day.
