It's always funny what passes for recreation in our lives mcspike.
A good physio is worth their weight in gold, I've only known two so far, but the good ones are truly gifted and a joy to work with. I have one a 3h commute away from me and I'm really hoping to get out to see her again soon - ironically I figure I needn't bother when I'm feeling decent enough and when I'm bad it's just too far to go. The jibber-jabber is sometimes the best part!

So true, sandyfeet. I've mentioned this before - From 2013 to 2016 I went to 4 (or was it 5?) different physiotherapists. Not one helped me....
Then I found Jennifer. A young, keen, knowledgeable physiotherapist. She doesn't hook me up to a machine and leave...she works on me. She discusses everything with me. She tests my strength and ROM and looks for problem areas.
And, the bonus, she is also kind. I broke down once in her office and she was so supportive and understanding.
She is the first physio that I actually made progress with. the work she did...and the exercises allowed me to get full range of motion on my upper left side...after 3 years of it staying the same. (well it's about
95% compared to my right side - but she said that is not uncommon in the general population)
