Is NAC good or bad to be taken if you have high histamine levels and possible Mast Cells disorder? I've read opposite opinions, some said it is mast cells stabilizer, others that it can level up histamine.

My doc has me on 1200mg twice a day and he diagnosed me with MCAS so i guess it's not a problem. Just fwiw it helps to take vitamin c with NAC as it prevents the cysteine from oxidizing

I take NAC 1200mg twice a day. I may have mast cell issues but I don't feel the NAC is negatively affecting mast cells for me.
