Lyme and Endometriosis -- Looking for doctors and resources (Bay Area, California)

Hello,

I am looking for a Lyme literate and Endometriosis literate doctor ideally based in or around the Bay Area, California (San Francisco/San Jose/ Oakland/Santa Cruz and between).

If anyone can help with research, any resources related to management of symptoms for the combination of the two would be greatly appreciated. Also interested to related topics like how Lyme effects hormones.

There is an OB/GYN that's name is given when you sign up for the LLMD resource (It's been a long time so I don't remember what site that is)
