Do anyone have experience with Takesumi as a binder? How long before and after medications, herbs and supplements do you take it?

Did you herx when starting it?

I have been taking it for a while.
No herx so far.

I emailed them about how long before/after antibiotics and they said 2 hours.

As I dont take antibiotics or herbs right now Im only waiting 30 min before or 1.5 hours after a meal.

I started taking it a month ago as well. Pretty mild binder. Take it 2 hours after any meal/abx and 1 hour before anything. No herx from it..shouldn't really cause a herx since it's a detox agent.

Thank you xpeetzax for your answer! I didn't think either that binders could give herx but now I have read people that are saying that they do herx from it... I will buy Takesumi and try!
