I’m okay - no fever, heart rate is good. Quite a bit of pain but hopefully it will lessen after I do some exercises and have a warm Epsom salt bath.

Happy New Year! I hope you are hanging in there Girlie, it sounds like it isn't quite as bad as before, so I'm hoping it means you are making some progress with the protocol.

Are you suspecting rifabutin is what is driving the flares?

Yup, not as bad ....but surprisingly a few effects still hanging on today. Head 'stuff', body pain....manageable but still frustrating...demoralizing.

I really don't know if it's the Rifabutin or the D and D.

After one more cycle, I'll be just taking the Rifabutin, Ceftin and mino for 3 days per month...So, i'll see how that goes.
