Japanese Knot Weed Dosage ???

Hi All,

Does anyone know a good dosage for Japanese Knot Weed? I here it is good for inflammation and neuro symptoms

I take 2 pills twice a day. I think it’s 2-3 pills 3-4 times a day. Just the 4 pills makes a difference. Once I ran out and all my joints started hurting horribly. I didn’t even realize how much it was helping. Once I went back on it, after a few days the joint pain subsided.
