I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. Most likely the herbs are hitting pathogens, and they don’t like being disturbed.

Personally, I’m finding that gut pathogens, like ropeworm, are a huge factor in my joint/tendon pain. It’s not all bartonella and Lyme like I initially thought.
