Can someone post a link to a cheap infrared sauna that's low emf/toxic? I'm not sure if they exist but I am looking to spend under $200. Thanks

I bought a cheapy for around $200 AUD on eBay - I am electrosensitive and it did make me feel worse after using it. You have to sit up in it too and it was way too exhausting at the time.
In the end I bought a Sunlighten Sauna second hand for $900 AUD. I use it a lot and I no longer have heavy metal poisoning. It is the Dome style you can put it in your car if you are moving house and you can lie down in it. It was worth it.

cant say mine is cheap but i bought the gohealthynext.com

it actually arrived today! cant wait to go home and put it togther... it cost me $1700

Buy brooder lamps and IR bulbs, hang them in the shower with suction cup hooks, then drape a sheet over the area with suction cup clips and a clip attached to the shower rod. With two bulbs you can break a sweat after exercise in the winter, I think four bulbs would be necessary without exercise. Cost is about $100.

The SereneLife infrared sauna is the one that was reocmmended to me by my functional medicine dr. It’s $199 on amazon and I hear it’s the one a lot of people opt for.

I got it and it really got pretty hot for a while, was sweating like crazy. I’ve had it for a few months and I did notice that it doesn’t seem to get as hot anymore maybe?

I purchased one from Rocky Mountain sauna. It's not as cheap as you're looking for, but I use it all the time. I really like it, and I do think it helps with the lyme disease. I used to go to the sauna at the public Y, but I became nervous about sucking in other people's germs, and distributing my own germs.

One time I mentioned to someone that I had lyme disease while I was in there, and he almost ran out of the thing. That's when I thought it might be better to get my own. I certainly don't want to give anyone LD.

My only critque of the sauna is that I'd like it to be able to reach slightly higher temps. It taps out around 150.

you can actually do your own cheap infrared sauna for less than $25 by buying the infrared bulbs. I saw a great article on table comparisons, life expectancy and makes of different available infrared lamps bulbs.

I personally use reptile infrared bulbs, sauna infrared lamps and can do this for just $20 for bulbs if you want to start out with 2 bulbs and generally add 2 more bulbs in case it works out for you.
