It’s an hour a day. I set my alarm for 4:4am each day and do my DNRS exercises before my kids wake up and before I leave for work. It’s been truly life changing!!!! At first it was hard. But now, I jump out of bed super excited to do my exercises. I am hopeful, super positive every day, happy, and see a bright long future!!! DO IT!!!!
I'm not sure what it can do for me...if I still have active infection....trying to decide if it's worth the cost .
I was hoping for it to calm down my CNS...but maybe that's too lofty of a goal?
Did you get the 'basic' (I remember there being a few'levels)?
