I have recently been treating bart and my bladder went crazy, felt like a constant uti for weeks, I was taking loads of cranberry which made me feel worse. My doctor said it's interstitial cystitis. I felt better in a few days by doing an alkaline diet and staying away from acidic foods like citrus, vinegar, tomatoes, etc. I took a few capsules of baking soda that helped too. Sometimes vitamin d and c supplements irritate me, so I don't take them every day. I've been treating bart for a while, I started with a-bart which was so powerful I had to increase 1 drop/wk. The IHA drops I get from woodland essence are even stronger for me and I do 1 drop/2 wks.
