I'm so sorry you're having to navigate new and worsening symptoms. I know we all hope this will be the last time we have to figure out yet another thing!
I'm sure what you describe could be a variety of things I'm not thinking of, but for me, they all do relate to the autonomic nervous system, as you suggested. Autonomic nervous system dysfunction (dysautonomia) can include gastroparesis, or the slowing or stopping of peristalsis, so in the morning you might be nauseated from stomach fluid or even undigested food rising in your throat after lying down. (This can develop into GERD or laryngopharangeal reflux. Don't eat after 5 pm, don't drink after 8 pm, and elevate the head of your bed slightly.) When these symptoms are acting up for me, consuming solid foods feels like I have glass in my intestines, and I can feel it move all the way down, slowly. (Those are simple smoothie days!) Dysautonomia also makes the heart misbehave, so look into POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and see if that matches the pattern of your dizziness. For me, all the dysautonomia stuff flares together, usually when I'm herxing or my system is stressed in some other way (poor sleep, stress, fighting a virus, not resting enough, inflammation, barometric pressure drop, menstruation, etc.).

Of course it's possible that the dizziness and digestive stuff are not related, too! Good luck.
