I've done my research and have read that Oil of Oregano (not oregano oil) can break down biofilms.

Does anyone have an essential oil site they use to purchase online?

I checked rawls/buhners but no avail.

In store bottles aren't as potent. I am seeking the real deal!

Hoping to avoid the extra cost of seeing a herbalist to prescribe!

What you need to look for is high carvacrol content, as that is the active ingredient in oregano EO

Zane Hellas Pure Oil of Oregano has 86 Percent Carvacrol and that is what I use, its available on amazon. It is VERY strong, quite frankly I would not want something stronger. You need to be careful with it and use it properly dilluted as it can actually harm you is you use it straight up.

I have been able to tolerate Oil of Oregano by putting it in capsules. I have tried mixing it with liquids, but could not tolerate the taste.

It really depends on what you want to do. If you want to apply it topically then you should get some coconut oil and put a few drops in the coconut oil. I dont know the ratio but the info is out there for sure. If you apply it topically to the skin and want it to penetrate all the way thru than apply some food grade propylene glycol (from amazon) on top of it and that will send it deep into the tissues.

Now brand uncut was ok ...in the beginning, a hot bath with ooo emulsified in a cup of whole milk produced a noteworthy herx...be careful its easy to burn skin

Zane hellas OoO exists in gel caps, it is very easy to swallow.
My kids ( 8 yo and 13 yo) take one every day for 3 weeks then one week off, without any problem.
