What is best detecting technology for Lyme bacteria?

ELISA is the most common technology, what else technology do you suggest ?

Is it possible negative test results due to low sensitivity of technology?

Elisa is not the most common test used by lyme docs. I wouldn't bother using that test.

I would do either the Igenex WB IgM and IgG or Igenex new tests: Immunoblot and Lyme IGX Spot

Yes lots of false negatives....that's why testing should be used as a back up to clinical diagnoses.

i found mine with direct brightfield microscopy. there is a urine dna test here also
