Enemas for Parasite Removal - need help with options

Hey there! I personally have experienced pain and discomfort when using even Saline enema's. I have a ton of sensitivities and the most gentle approaches seem to work the best for me.

I have had success with using warm distilled water. I just warm it to the same temperature I would a baby bottle. Then i dump the saline fluid out and, using a liquid measuring pitche, I pour the distilled water into the empty fleet container.

I have added small amounts of earth grade baking soda (i think that's how it's described) to the distilled water or apple cider vinegar (acv).

It has helped me so much! I have had such a huge parasite issue, that i just decided to figure out a way to make a bucket enema system work. Saves so much money instead of having to replace disposable fleet enemas. But i agree that using the fleet enema's is a good place to start. I did it that way.

I just bought a counter top dish drainer and a couple 18 gallon storage bins and stacked those in a corner of my room. I set the bucket enema there in between uses.

If you look on amazon you can find bag enema kits too. They have a hook you can hang them on a shower rod with and don't take up a lot of space. I decided for bucket enema because it holds its form on the drying rack in my room and my personal situation is best not to store it in the bathroom.

I haven'tt ried a coffee enema yet. The distilled water with acv is enough for me right now.

I recommend to be careful using enemas by drinking plenty of water and having enough caloric intake that your body doesn't get too depleeted of electrolites and things to keep strength. (Trust me, I've learned the hard way).

You'll also have to learn to recognize when your body does/doesnt need them. Sometimes doing too many enemas has proven to be very counter-productive and has worn my body out more than is part of a helpful process.

In the past I have used the plastic ketchup/mustard picnic condiment bottles. The empty plastic squeeze bottles that you can fill yourself. They come in red/yellow and you can buy them at your local store.

You might also have luck at a craft store for a clear plastic squeeze bottle.

Just a reminder, as I think from what I have read from some people's complaints, that you need to clean out first (2-3 fills and perhaps several days of fills later, depending) before the coffee. That way you can retain the fluid long enough. I personally can't do coffee enemas, get very jittery for hours though I can drink coffee without problems.

You have to get enough water into yourself a couple of times before the coffee. The Fleet enema is not large enough to do this. (See Jb1994's post.) That is why people use a flat enema bag or a bucket. It's a one-time cost for years' worth of usage.

Makes sense. The article I was reading talked like the coffee constituents should travel to the liver. They indicated that most people feel better after the enema but some feel worse. They said if you feel worse it was likely an order indication that the liver is clogged up. I’m thinking that could be my issue and may be why I am so sensitive and have such a hard time getting toxins out.

If you are doing enemas to remove parasites you need to add a parasite remedy - 10 or more tincture drops to the coffee solution to kill the parasites and remove them. A coffee enema alone won't do anything but help clear the gall bladder of gunk.
Coffee enemas relax the bowel and you can hold it longer. An ACV solution or a saline solution for me are very hard to hold they seem to irritate my colon and if you have added a parasite remedy it is a waste of time if has no chance to kill the parasites. You will literally see parasites in the used enema solution so you can gauge how much effect it has had. Look for tiny dots that are all the same shape and size on a piece of toilet paper you have dipped in the solution. I do a plain distilled water enema afterwards to wash thing out a bit
jb - I have had times when I am sure there is some that hasn't come out. I think if it is just clean water then theres no harm. If I knew how to shift it I would of course.

Alxander, I add himalayan sea salt to my water enemas. That way you are absorbing minerals and electrolytes while you're doing it. Some people also add lemon, garlic (for parasites), or apple cider vinegar. The salt solution is probably the easiest to hold.
