malarone in place of mepron

I've in the middle of my babs protocol but almost out of mepron. Still waiting for the script to be filled. I have some left over malarone should I take that if the Mepron isn't ready in time? And what dose of malarone is comparable to 10ml of mepron twice a day?

I am prescribed 2 tsp (10ml) mepron twice daily and I ran out of mepron. I asked my doctor how much malarone to take to equal 10ml. She said 4 tabs.
