Late afternoon, early evening low-grade fever for two months

Everyday from anywhere starting at 4:00 or 5:00 pm for about two or three hours, I get a low-grade fever of anywhere from 98.7 - 99.1 and draining fatigue. My body temperature most of the day is 97.9 - 98.1. Tonight it started about two hours later but lasted same amount of time.

It always comes with the fatigue mentioned. Not sure which, if any, of the items I have been tested positive for: Babesia Duncani, Bartonella, Mcyoplasma pneumonia or EBV.

Any ideas? Treatment thoughts? It's been consistent now for about two months.

Not sure about whether ANS is involved. I have read where some people think it's Bartonella causing the temperature and fatigue, Babesia by some others. Someone else mentioned C. pneumoniae. So it's confusing.

The timing of your treatment seems as if yours is Bart related. How long have you been treating.

I thought more people would have similar symptoms, so wondering have prevalent this type fever is.

When you say "wonder if this will cause resistance," do you mean your treatment or the fever?
