My lyme doc gave me the BR and AR versions.
Ive heard some it's really helped, and some, one or the other made their tummy pains worse.

Just a little trepidatious to start it.

I'm not attacking you? I mean....when I read that comment I can't not pick up a sarcastic tone...can you not see how it would come off that way?

edit Regarding the post...OP seems hesitant to take it, and I have it in one of my standard protocols for SIBO so I'm saying it should be ok to take it...
