What should I do?

In the last 2 months I have been sicker than before; I use to have 2 days a week to go outside and do errands, now not even 1 day and I feel worst, more fatigue, no stamina, wake up tired. I have tried stopping all supplements for 1 or 2 days with no different results. I have mold, so I take cholysteramine with but only around 1/2 package a day of the regular one, with zeolite (1/2 tsp a day), each time or less if my bowel doesn’t move one day.
My constipation has been less, thankfully, so why I feel so Sick? I have a major issue going on with a property a own, which has giving me a lot, I mean a lot of stress. Also recently I got Candida in my neck and eyelids, so started 3 days ago antifungal cream, I know I have some in my stomach or I got it from my son that has it on his nose. I was told to take the sach boulardi, but noticed everyday I had take 1 pill, I feel awful the next day. I am very sensitive.
My question is should I take the supplements like fish oil, Vit C, Bs, Magnesium, phospatidyl chol, and even the cholysteramine? or should I leave my body to rest of all that? I love fruits & veggies and I eat them daily, I have frozen food for when I have been really sick to cook.

Yes have Lyme but they say I should treat first the mold to have success with the antibiotics, mold treatment has been going slow because cholesterol causes me constipation.
Had Lyme many years ago, was treated with oral & IV abs and was well for 4 yrs, when Imoved to a place where I got the mold. Have many viruses also.

So sorry you’re dealing with all that. From what you stated in your post, I’m thinking one of two things could be happening (or both of these).

1) You could be feeling worse because you are moving a lot of toxins.

- Cholestyramine is a very potent binder and can cause the body to dump a lot of toxins. Some cannot tolerate it at all. Some do okay with lower or less frequent doses.

I only took it for 11 days and stopped. Felt like I was going to die. I do remember the last couple of days I got up to the full 4 doses per day - 30 minutes before each meal and at bedtime. At that point I felt better for a while after a dose but would start feeling worse before it was time for the next dose. I never tried it again, but if I did I would probably take much smaller (1/16 - 1/8) of a dose 3-4 times a day and see what affect it had. Conversely, I have read some doctors have very sensitive patients just take tiny doses a few times a week.

- Phosphatidyl choline can cause a herx as it helps your body and your body starts to respond by removing more toxins. The other supplements are good and are needed. I don’t
think the others are likely to cause problems except possibly the B’s. People who have methylation problems need the right form. I assume your doctor took that into consideration.

2) If you are still exposed to a moldy environment, a water damaged building, or mold toxins on possessions you brought out of a moldy environment, that could definitely be making you worse, especially if taking cholestyramine..

If #2 is not going on, then I would suggest backing off the cholestyramine. Could take a break and see if symptoms improve. If they do, once you’re back to baseline, start at a lower dose.
