Gluthione / new symptom

Liposomal gluthione: on day two of this...

So far so good, except new symptom- tingling ,bug crawling maybe , at top of hair line.

Just throwing this out there in case it reminds anyone of anything.

Any knowledge/ tips on gluthione are welcome.

Doing it for 7 days then Great Plains mold test.

(Ps. For the test they say sauna the day of sample but that's a stretch for me. I'll do it if it is essential. I'll try to find somewhere. )

Glutathione is pulling stuff out of your liver. It could be mobilizing stuff that's been in there a long time, stuff that was dormant, etc. This is a good thing, but it can be very unpleasant! Make you you are drinking lots of water, moving your bowels regularly, Epsom salt baths, and whatever else you normally do to encourage your detoxification pathways. A lot of people don't tolerate liposomal glutathione because it mobilizes so much so fast. My LLMD suggests that people take a 1/4 teaspoon per day to start. If you feel overloaded or plagued by new symptoms, then you know it's working, and perhaps you could reduce your dose?
