Does this sound like Lyme?

So my doctor didn't want to sign the form but she printed out a sheet with her signature and all the other information and got my blood drawn so hopefully that will work.
I don't think she really believes in Lyme but whatever lol.

I found it and they do the Lyme WB IgM and IgG for $199 each.

You don't need a Dr. to sign the form this way.

Thanks for the link. They drew the blood for me and I put it in the box to send back. She just didn't want to sign the form because she's worried about Fraud. Which don't make sense to me because I'm paying for it all. So she printed off a separate piece of paper that had her info and a signature for on it. I'm just hoping ignex will accept it.

Hopefully they will accept it...since they do have the sample....and that's what 's important.

Also - did she follow the instructions - ie how to process? Some samples need to be centrifuged....others' not...depending on the test.


I would think she'd have read the instructions?

I read the instructions and the girl that actually drew my blood was cool so I told her what it said to do and she was like okay cool just need to put it in the machine. So this one said to centrifuge and that got done.

Turn around time used to be about 3 weeks.... if you need help deciphering your results - you can post them on the forum.

Was it the Lyme WB IgM and IgG you did?

Will the results go to me or my doctor? I know it's crazy to hope I have Lyme but I'm really hoping this test comes back positive so I can have some answers and hopefully get better ;-;

The results go to your Dr and a copy to you - but when I did it in 2014, my copy arrived a week or two after the dr received hers’

But your Dr didn’t sign the form so not sure how they will handle it - maybe they won’t process it

Yeah that's what I'm worried about. Would they let me know? Or am I just out the $20 for the kit

Yeah but she refused to sign it. Guess I'll have to find another doctor if all else finals
