Sometimes swelling in my lower legs, with edema. And Im "fit" too, this can happen to anyone.
Muscular fitness does not guarantee good circulation, but good circulation probably makes muscular fitness easier.
These infections seem to bring out the worst in us.
This is what I learned which can create swelling and or pitting in your legs:
-Liver issues or genes
- Holding / consuming salt
- Any clotting genes.
- Low Immune cell proteins ( T, B, NK, immunoglobulins and other white blood cells)
