brain fog symptoms come back in 24 hours after being off meds

I have been on mepron/plaquenil/biaxin while using cryptolepis Sida acuta and burbur pinella for 4 months now. Its been almost a day and a half and I can feel my brain fog and fuzzy vision coming back. Im wondering if im in my own head and having some anxiety about not taking any medications or if the symptoms can come back that fast? also would like to get an opinion on what type of herbs or supplements are good for brain fog and fuzzy vision and if these are a common symptom of babesia or bartonella?

So you treated for 4 months and just stopped a day and a half ago?

4 months for babesia is quite short...it is probably seen as the minimum...but most take longer.
So you were symptom free prior to stopping?

It might be a good idea to get back on for a few days...see if it nips those symptoms....if so...then maybe try pulsing before stopping completely.
I encourage you to also talk to your LLMD.
