Leaky gut is when your intestines are slightly permeable, so things can pass into your abdomen that shouldn't, and cause inflammation and other issues. Many food allergies and intolerances are due to leaky gut. It's very common after pharmaceutical antibiotics and c. diff. There are many supplements, dietary changes, and other remedies that can help to heal it.
