I wrote out a big long reply to this yesterday that I see isn't here anymore. Dang. But here's the gist, worded less well:
That parasite supplement is intense stuff and will make you feel absolutely awful. That could be because of parasites dying (and releasing their own infections and heavy metals into your systems) or from bacteria and fungi dying (many of those herbs kill bacteria and fungi, too) or from a negative reaction to one or more of the ingredients (that's a lot to start all at one time, and feeling bad could be a side effect or allergy).
The Japanese knotweed and other Buhner herbs usually are meant to be taken for a while, so if you have run out, then buy more. Start herbs slowly and ramp up to full dosages slowly, so that if anything isn't a god fit for you, then you'll know what it is, ditto if anything is especially helpful.
Grab a pulse oximeter to put your mind at ease about
air hunger. Is the racing heart with exertion only, or anytime you are upright (i.e. POTS)?
I agree with your chiro about
supporting the body being the number one priority (moreso than killing stuff). I suppose if he put you on such an intense supplement blend, then he also has you on an intense detox regimen, like it's your full-time job?
Slow and steady.
Detox proactively. Good luck!
