Got Lyme about 6 weeks ago, on Doxy for 3 weeks now, not getting better...any advice?

Also don’t discard possibility of mycoplasma pneumonia as well. My older son for whom I thought had lyme but he never after couple of negative lyme test with only band 41 positive. He had mycoplasma pneumonia which gave very same fatigue brain fog and back head pressure. This one got knocked out after 10 days of azythromicin

You know you can’t rule out lyme with a negative antibody test.

And band 41 is the flagella of a spirochete of some type - lyme, syphilis are two possibilities.
