I did take it for a bit way back .

There was some concerns about contamination during the processing.
Sorry can’t remember the details.

I used it without any problems. The one thing I would say is that it might kill some of the good bacteria along with the bad because it is so strong.

I use to take it because it is suppose to be a good cyst buster (or so I've read) I couldn't tell you about its actions against yeast though. In what ways is it not suppose to be safe?

I have been taking it twice a day, I think 400mg? each time. I will have to double check the brand. Forgot what exactly it's for - I thought it was to bust biofilm but I don't know. But I've been doing fine on it, no problems so far that I can tell...
