Best 1(or 2) herbs for Babesia

Hi all,
If you had to use only 1 or 2 herbs to treat Babesia (I have Buhner’s book and know the full protocol etc), what 1 or 2 herbs would you say, based on experiences/successes? Cryptolepis? Sida? Artemisia?

My Bartonella and Babesia symptoms are dancing/bouncing around each other from one day to the next and I need to treat both simultaneously to get any relief and the MC BAB 1 (from Beyond Balance) isn’t cutting it anymore - I need another/stronger Babesia herb in there.... despite how awful these herxes are.

Sida acuta for sure, especially with both bart and babs.

My ND seemed to caution me a lot over Sida saying it causes a big reaction and so he has sort of scared me about it - but I need to try something else bc my symptoms after 5 months are just awful. Thanks for the reply!

Ahh. Yes, it is potent. Start with a couple of drops. Go as low and slow as you need to. I remember it hitting me in the head.

I really like CSA from woodlands essence and A-bab from Byron White. In regards to potential flare response, I would dose super conservatively initially to gauge your response and improvise from there. If one drop is initially too overwhelming, you can always do 1/4 drop or try pulsing as an initial ramp-up strategy and increase dosing based on how you are doing.
