I’m so sorry, you sound so miserable ugh. I don’t have any experience with Lymogen so I can’t offer much insight but isn’t it suppose to hit lyme and all co-infections? Maybe that is why you experienced such a strong herx. It’s so hard getting through these times. It does sound like you experienced a strong herx reaction. This started with the Lymogen? When the bacterial load is still high symptoms themselves are awful and then the herx can just make things feel just impossible. I hope you get some relief from taking a break. Increase detox as you probably already know and maybe focus on inflammation. A lot of people find relief from burbur/pinella drops, Alka seltzer gold in lemon water, binders, and epsom salt baths.
14 months feels like an eternity when you’re treating and experiencing the misery but don’t give up hope. My daughter was incredibly ill and at times wanted to die. She is so much better now. She is not in remission , has many symptom daily, still undergoing treatment but is much happier and much more functional in life. She was once bedridden and even spent some time in a wheelchair. She walks almost every day now for exercise and loves just getting out of the house. Stay with it. You can get through it.
