Hi Girlie!-
Thank You so much for taking the time to answer some of my questions. I greatly appreciate the information. Thank You!
Hi WalkingbyFaith!-
Thank You so much for your response, and for letting me know that the Quercetin did help your pain and inflammation.
"Plus, our bodies are dysfunctional long term and we need ongoing support, so what are we supposed to do?"
I totally agree with you. But sometimes I wonder if I am doing more harm than good when taking excessive amounts of medication, supplements, and herbs.
Please don't take it the wrong way about
me posting possible side effects of Quercetin and nettles. I was just curious about
other people's thoughts.
I personally take Byron White herbal formulas daily. The A-Inflam I have taken daily for the past several years.
On every Byron White bottle it says for their Directions: "Take one drop orally 2 times per week or as directed by your licensed practitioner. "
Well, I totally over exceed this amount. I take 20 drops of A-Inflam twice a day.
And some of the formulas use the same herb/herbs. So now I'm ingesting even more of a single herb. For example, A-Inflam and Adrenal/Para-NS Support both contain Uncaria tomentosa (bark).
The internet can be good and bad. You can find any supplement, medication, or herb to help heal or cause a bad reaction/ side effect. And it's hard to always know what to believe.
I also have not looked up all my supplements, medications, or herbs that I have taken through the years. It would have been way too confusing for me. I don't know why, but for some reason I looked up more information about
quercetin.
I personally will probably try Quercetin and see how I react. I don't think I will exceed 12 weeks though.
