I had a lot of the same symptoms early on (blurred vision, floaters, light sensitivity, dizziness, tinnitus, eyes not synced properly, head pressure, etc.). It's been a little over a year now and most of these symptoms have gotten much better or have gone away completely. I feel like it took several weeks before I really started noticing an improvement and things kept gradually getting better over the next few months. I do still have some blurred vision (I wear glasses now although I don't need them all the time) and floaters, but those are easy enough to deal with.
As far as treatments go, I was also on doxy when my vision problems were at their worst (doxy itself can cause some of these symptoms) and didn't start noticing improvement until I was off of it. The infection was causing a lot of pressure and inflammation around the back of my head/neck and once that started to go away so did a lot of my other symptoms.
All that being said, it's important to remember that this thing is different for everybody and healing just takes time. It's not going to go away overnight, but it should gradually start to get better.
