Thin pale fragile skin.

anybody else get thin pale fragile translucent skin that's kind of crepe and dehydrated almost like tissue paper sometimes to the point where you see your blue veins exposed through?
Sometimes maven progressed to the point where hair stops growing from portions of the skin? Skin may also not tan it will simply go straight to a burn?
