Does anyone use dry brushing or lymph brushing to help remove toxins? Some areas are more itchy than others i.e. knee joints and elbows and upper back. What does this mean? Thanks

I used to do the dry brushing prior to my Epsom salt baths.
I rarely do it now (lazy).
I’m not sure why you have itchy areas -are they patches of dry skin?

No, no dry skin on the itchy areas, sometimes the areas are itchier than other times. I thought maybe it was a build up of toxins or die-off.
