I was taking mag glycinate - but Dr J told me magnesium threonate is even better - I hadn’t heard of that form before - must be “new”

Why?? I was not aware of this. I take magnesium citrate at night right after all my other herbs/supplements/meds.

BTW, I take high dose magnesium. Never noticed it helping any nerve issues. I take it to move my bowels.

Anyone else have trouble with getting shocked all the time,and feeling electric currents flowing in their body?

This was one of my first symptoms 10 years ago, when it all started. I remember being at work and feeling electrical currents hitting me. I felt a zap on my neck that felt like a pinched nerve. I looked in the mirror and saw it left a jagged red mark. That mark still flares up and can be seen at times. I assume from what I know now, it was a bartonella mark.

I also remember feeling burning, electrical pains shooting across my hands and saw thin, bright red lines like lightning bolts streak across my knuckles. Freaky stuff.

I don’t remember much of that again until 2 years ago when I started treating using Buhner’s protocols. It was after starting either houttuynia or sida acuta. I felt electical pain shoot through my head from the top of one side out through the lower jaw on the other side. Only lasted momentarily and didn’t really hurt. It was just a very disturbing symptom.

Got this on the back of my neck...no pun intended...but it's unnerving.

Feels very abnormal.
