Hi potsnpans, thank you so much for asking.
I'm doing ok but took some time off from disulfiram.
I started last week again and am doing good so far.
I'm on 250mg.
How are you?
I think exercise can start all kinds of processes in the body. It could be that's what caused the RBC to go low. I know it starts circulation in general.
Hope you are doing well.

Hi Cignet.☄️, this time it seems better so far. I'm also taking a lower dosage (250) so I hope that it was dosage related what happened last time.
It's really good to hear from you. How are you doing?
I'm sorry to hear about
how disulfiram has been treating you.

So from what I had heard this disulfiram antabuse was discovered to be effective against Lyme by some screening experiment of either 1200 or 1500 different compounds to determine effectiveness. Is anybody aware of that study and has a master list of all the compounds that were reviewed?

Brandiwine this is the study:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/pmc4827596
It lists the drugs they screened.

It should be noted that some of the high scoring antibiotics are certain ones that many have already tried.
For example, amoxicillin has a 96.94% of inhibition, but I'm pretty sure most people haven't killed chronic lyme with it.
Which means there are other factors in play.
I haven't looked into what those factors are.
I'm guessing it has something to do with the MIC and MBC.
MIC: minimum inhibitory concentration
MBC: minimum bactericidal concentration
It's stated individually after every drug.

Which reminds me, does anyone want to try Piperacillin with me? :D
