Just wanted to say I can relate to your feelings, the nausea and etc...
and it's strange how much self-care it takes to just feel sorta okay, with a cup of peppermint tea, lemon water, and alka seltzer gold, epsom baths and tea tree oil, and then still getting vibrating feelings and headaches, often most after eating too much of the wrong food--today for me it was MSG-laden can of cheap chili with beans, which has set off a flare, never mind detoxing too fast with binders before that (cholestyramine). So I have tightness in my chest, and I take Taurine which seems to have calmed the chili reaction... Even with much of the tools, supplies, supplements, self-care is hard and other aspects of life suffer. Well we can commiserate, at least we have that. Reminding you, reminding myself to go grab a piece of ginger and have a peppermint hot tea. Feel better soon.
