Sounds to me like it could be related to mold exposure. Have you had your body and home tested for mold and mycotoxins? They can cause serious neurological problems, and electrical, stabbing, shooting pains are a hallmark of mold. Those happen with Bartonella and other infections as well, of course, but it's worth ruling out mold. Remember most mold is hidden. Perhaps in your case something in your bedroom or mattress? That would explain why it is worse at night.
Hope you get all of this figured out. I know how tough these symptoms are.
I haven't had my home tested, but will look into it. Thanks. My house is from 2007, and i have lived there since 2018.
