What brand of Quercetin is everyone using

Had high histamine plasma , but everything else was normal sound like mcas? histamine plasma was 2.4 normal range is 1.8

24 hour tryptase was normal tho and n methylhistamine.

So confused how my histamine plasma could be up at 2.4 and the other values normal.

MCAS testing is dicey because it all depends on how recently histamine release has been triggered for you. You have to consider symptoms. With a lot of harmless options for treatment, you also can treat and see if symptoms improve. Many docs find that to be sufficient basis for diagnosis.

I use Solaray quercetin. I take the capsules, but also sometimes the chewable complex with bromelain (QBC Plex).

I use bulk supplements quercetin powder from Amazon because it's cheap, and labdoor.com usually rates their products highly. I've never tried other brands though, so can't compare...

I use pure encapsulations brand. You can get it on Amazon and my naturopath sells that brand too so I know it’s somewhat good quality.

Same. Its much cheaper to buy the powder in bulk
