Fluconazole dosage

Im at the end of my first week on a new protocol with dapsone daraprim, augmentin, enula and artemesia. It ends with 2 days of tindamax 500mg and fluconazole 200mg thurs and sat. I think i may have taken an extra fluconazole 200mg so a total of 600mg for the day. Could that have caused a major herx or more likely all built up from the week?

Definitely could be a build up from the D and D. You’re taking it 5 days in a row?
Those two hit me hard.
Usually Took me an entire week to recover.

I think my diflucan is 200 mg twice a day on Thurs and Friday once a month. I’ve not felt anything with it - so far.
