Opinion on Meds

I need a medication opinion! This is my current regimen. Vit d, vit c, baby aspirin, monolaurin , zinc, Pau d arco tea, grapefruit seed extract, phresh in my shake, mct oil.
Just started nystatin that my llmd prescribed to take with the following meds.
He prescribed doxy, 100 mg 3 a day, azithromycin 500 mg 1 per day and coartem 2 tablets 3 days a week120 mg.
I want to start slow. Should I start them all at the same time or start doxy first for a week before incorporating the other meds? I started the nystatin already to get that in my system. He also recommended culturelle abc biffida.
I’m afraid I’m going to feel worse taking this stuff. I’ve done many natural protocols over the years. Nothing does the trick.

Doxy can be hard on the GI - you may want to take it with food.

I’m doing alright - still have a few symptoms hanging on - most days I wake up pain free now - and mid day or evening I get some pain creeping in...

My memory/cognition is okayish unless I’m overwhelmed - ie if I’m multitasking - then I get confused - hoping it gets better because I’m planning to go back to work. (After 6 years off)

I am going back to the job I left.
It’s a stressful job - but I am going back as a “casual” - so I will pick up just a few shifts a week - after I get retrained for 2-3 weeks.

Problem is I doubt I can get trained right now because of covid. I won’t be able to sit next to someone.

I do want to go back but am worried about a relapse.

Sorry to go off topic... but good luck in return to work, even for just part time, when the time is right. Don't worry too much about relapse or set backs. Life is too short. I'll chime in form time to time when I can to keep tabs. I'm going in the opposite direction with greatly reduced work time down to maybe working only a day or two per week to get through these crazy times for next few months.
