What to treat first

Hey folks.

So I'm seeing a medical herbalist. Which is good, I have a good feeling about the process etc. She's very thorough and I have letters from her and prescriptions. They have combinations of herbs in them and I have a list of what is in each mix and what does what.

However I was just wondering what to tackle first? I have heard that babesia is easiest to shift and then one can focus on lyme or bart. I am considering doing this as toxin load is an issue, with die off etc right? The less toxin load, the easier the detoxing, the more effectively one can eradicate the infection.

Currently I am using artemisinin. I plan on using it for a few days to get rid of babesia. Pulsed. Apparently babesia can be shifted in a few months. I think bartonella is gonna be the monster in this instance.

Also, has anyone had experience of deja vu with babesia? I am reading it a lot everywhere. I am due to look into Buhner's book as well. Just wondering if anyone else has any similar experience.

Babs can't be treated in a few days. Must treat heavy for a 120 day period plus some, which is the life of the average red blood cell where it lives. Many of us have treated much longer with limited success.

I was up to tacking Mepron double dose for over six months along with other Rx and several Burner herbs at same time. My LLMD thought we were fighting a mepron resistant strain of babs and plateau'ed at 50 %, then switch over to fighting Bart aggressively and improved to 70% fairly quickly. The last 20% is always to toughest.

Girlie, I'm hoping some of my Babesia drugs will last as I am not treating that now and probably won't go back to Babesia for awhile. My Mepron bottle has an expiration date about a year from when I purchased it, though it may last longer than that.

Cignet, I just did about three months Lyme/Babesia treatment and only seemed to get worse. It seemed like Bart symptoms were coming out. Now, I'm treating Lyme/Bart aggressively and hoping that will make a difference. I guess it varies from person to person what is driving the worst of symptoms. I tend to think Bart is my biggest issue at this point.

Should be noted that I improved a little on the Lyme Induction protocol before I went on to Lyme/Babesia. That was Omnicef, Minocycline, Azithromycin, and Flagyl if I recall correctly.

The whole herb should be okay to take daily.
It’s recommended that Artemisinin be pulsed. It’s the one that the small intestine can produce an enzyme that renders it useless...
