thanks Girlie, that is good. it's much of it in a nutshell. so Dr Zelenko (i had even seen him talking about this a couple weeks ago or so), he was in contact with the white house and media and so many Drs about this, yet look at what is still happening! It is so unbelievable that so many people are still dying while they have had plenty of information that could have been saving people. They are waiting too long to treat anyone with this- if they are even using it at all. not to even mention the simple supplements to help prevent it causing sickness. This whole situation is infuriating. the world is shut down while people supposedly in charge run around with their heads up their rear ends. There is something very wrong with this picture.

Likely a shortage due to docs using it for covid plus those with autoimmune issues using it.

A proposed mechanism of action of atovaquone on COVID-19 is to interfere with the viral protease:

Similarly for clarithromycin:

The viral genome appears to encode several proteins that interfere with the immune response:

If you block the protease, then it cannot release these proteins. Then the immune response is not suppressed, and the immune system recognizes the virus, and... cytokine storm.

When I took clarithromycin, it seemed to provoke a stronger immune response than atovaquone. That may be beneficial for viral clearance, but it made me feel unwell.

I had also been taking minocycline around the time I got sick, but it had no apparent effect.
